How might children’s

rights be denied globally?

Children’s rights may be denied globally because of lack of food, water, space and money. Children across the world are working hard at this very moment. In some countries labour from everyone is the only way that the country can develop, making it even harder for them to make time to enjoy their rights.

Many families in places such as Ghana have barely any money to supply their family with what they need: water, food, a roof over their heads and even clothes. Due to this lack of money, most children don’t even go to school (article 28), which costs plenty of money.

Clean water is hard to get, people have to go to a pump which results in hard work. This water is not actually very clean. Article 31, a right to rest and play, is only just met by most countries. Most children have to help with hard labour resulting in little time to rest, and even less to play.
