Dear Buzzards,

It was lovely chatting to some of you on the web chat this week and talking about possible ideas for your end of year performance.  This week I really wanted to make pan fried dumplings (gyozas) with different fillings and I stumbled upon this recipe online https://redhousespice.com/colourful-dumplings/. Don't they look so wonderful! I was really ambitious and wanted to make them all! It took me nearly the whole day to make all the dough and filling from scratch.  Now, my freezer is well stocked with gyozas (120 to be exact)!
