Dealing with anger.

Dealing with anger is quite hard but here are a few ways of doing it.

You could think of your happy place.

You could punch a pillow.

You could cry all your anger out in your bed.

You could count to ten then breathe in and out.

I personally start baking or making food when I get angry but YOU can use my ways or you can make your own ways.

Remember: If you are making your own ways to calm down, DON'T make it involve hurting someone.
