We have had a super week in Foundation sharing the story 'Oliver's Vegetables' linked to our learning theme, 'Growing'. We enjoyed discovering and learning about different vegetables and what they need to grow. We explored the vegetables and had fun weighing them and seeing which were the heaviest. We made face pictures using chopped up vegetables and identified their initial sound. We also had great fun chopping vegetables with plastic knives. We continued our new theme in JIGSAW called 'Relationships' and talked about what to do if someone is unkind to you.
