2. In 1587 Drake attacked Cadiz habour and damaged a lot of ships being prepared for the Armada.

3. The food and water for the new ships was put in barrels with new wood, which was damp and then rotted.

4.The Armada could not pick soliders from the spainsh Netherlands because there was not a suitable port.

5. the Aramada first sailed in april 1588. It hit a terrible storm and many ships were damaged. They had to return to port to get repaired.
