The great fire of green ford !

As soon as, I got into

school I was

so elated because I could not wait until we could start the fire. Miss Dodd told us we would not start the fire, until eleven o clock after play time and all the children had left the playground, I felt so nervous. Suddenly it turned eleven o clock we were going to start the fire! I made a house which was orange to show it was made of hay, and my roof was brown to show it was made of wood. Can you in guess what my house would look like ?

All the houses were on some cardboard to protect the ground and all the houses were in place.

Miss Tigg got some match sticks

to start the fire in a backery , on Pudding lane. As this is where it really took place, in the great fire of London. The flames got bigger and bigger and hotter and hotter until it spread onto all the houses. Already some of the houses were made into smooth silky ashes. The smoke from the wild fire came towards us, everyone started to cough. All of a sudden the bright red fire had only a few sparks left but some houses were still standing! So Jacobs dad put some white spirit onto the sparks, the fire got bigger, all the houses were now burnt down. I was so distraught that my house was burnt down because everyone had put so much effert into making the houses, but not just me, but everyone was sad. I was jubilant that the fire was now over because we could now relax, and not be worried about what would happen next. THANK YOU FOR READING MY BLOG FROM OLIVIA
