It is important to be aware of mental health.On Monday we had a workshop that told us all about feelings and how we react when we feel them.It also taught us how you can react when your friends are in need. Nevertheless, it was really helpful about seeing our levels of different emotions and also different people's. Sometimes,it is hard to see what a person likes or dislikes,whether they want to be alone when their angry or upset or do they like people caring about them and calming them down.It was great to see how people would be like when feeling sadness,anger,disgust,happiness and fear.People feel different things all the time.We entered a competition which was to make an uplifting image.Our school did a giant heart with children holding hands and inside there were letters that said you are not alone.
