TO MAKE THIS STOP WE COULD UP THE PRICES OF THE PLASTIC BAGS IN SHOPS FROM £0.5 TO £0.50 FOR THE PLASTIC BAGS. WE COULD ALSO STOP SELLING PLASTIC BAGS AND PLASTIC BOTTLE IN SUPERMARKETS.
