Advent

This week we have been learning about Advent. We spoke about how Advent is the countdown to Christmas and that each day we are closer and closer to the magical day. We have an advent calendar in playgroup and wrap around and each day a child gets to open the calendar and eat the chocolate inside!

We have also been getting ready for Christmas by making our Christmas cards and our calendars; these will be given out next week.

We also made salt doughthis week. We mixed the dough, rolled it out and then cut it into Christmas shapes.

Next week we are continuing to learn about Christmas, our parent share is also happeing next Friday, 14th December at 10:15.
