My Roman bread!


First I put grease proof paper on the baking tray. Then I put flour on the parchment.

Next I put all the ingredients into the bowl to make a dough. I also added some special flour in and then I kept mixing.

Then I had to use my hands to knead it. It was very sticky. I had to leave it for 25 minutes to prove.

I put it in the oven and it came out a lovely colour and tasted delicious. My whole family really liked it.
