NEIL ARMSTRONG

Neil Armstrong was an American astronaut and engineer.

He began service as a US Navy pilot in 1949.

After completing his graduation he became a test pilot for NASA,

America`s space agency.

On July 20, 1969 Neil Armstrong landed on the moon in a mission

called Apollo 11.

He is known as the first man to walk on the moon.

Armstrong left NASA in 1971 and becam a university professor before going into business.

A very famous quote by Neil Armstrong is,

"One small step for a man, one giant leap for mankind".
