During our fitness week, we did many fun activities. On the first day (Tuesday), we went to Beverly park, and participated in a vary of games such as, dodgeball and rounders. One of the games was to bounce a ball on a trampoline type material, allowing it to bounce to your teammate, while standing around the centre (trampoline.) My favourite was the dodgeball, as we got to all have a turn to throws balls and try get people out.

We also did a mixture of activities in school, such as bench-ball, football, skipping and cricket. Which I found enjoyable.

On day two (Wednesday,) we played tennis, this might’ve been my favourite day during fitness week, because I particularly enjoy tennis as a sport, and found it appealing that we could play freely, with a spacious area. With this matter, I was able to play against classmates and friends. I also liked the journey to the tennis grounds.

On day three, which was Thursday, we got to use inflatables, I really liked this, and loved the obstacle courses, there was a slide and an obstacle course (previously mentioned.)

I found myself jovial at this course, and many others would agree. We went on the slide appropriately 5 or more times. The obstacle was fewer, as it took longer time to complete. But overall, i liked this activity!

On Friday, it was my favourite, alongside with the tennis. We did beanbag throwing, which was quite hard. Then, we did a running race, and it was one of my many favourites. After that, we did tossing a frisbee like object, which was extremely heavy, and whoever threw it the furthest distance, won! I was very good at this, and enjoyed it. Next, we did an egg and spoon race, it wasn’t very hard, but I liked it. Then my favourite course came after, for this, you had to run, and jump over tall obstacles, many people tripped and fell over these, as they were really high. But this was my favourite!

Overall I loved fitness week, and had an enjoyable time!
