My Second Micro-Society Week

In our second week we continued listening to the story of Notenuf. In the next part the people of Notenuf had the idea of a raffle. You picked a nutri-bag out of the helmet without looking and what you got you could keep. You were also given 10 seed packs to grow and some land. Once they had all taken their nutri-bags and seeds 2 families started to trade seeds and nutri-bags for different flavours and seeds. I quite liked that lesson!

In the next lesson we looked at money and decided what to call our money, we called it Camos. We also decided units of denomination and started to think about what we were going to design on our notes (we are only doing notes not coins). That lesson was okay but it was my least favourite because we did more discussion than creating.

Finally on Friday we designed our notes. My one had the number in the middle with the name of the bank at the bottom. We have not chosen which one to use yet. I really liked Tyler's design because it had a very nice numbers which looked really cool. The units of denomination we choose are 1, 2, 5, 10 and 20. I enjoyed that lesson very much!

I quite liked most of these lessons!
