 The Death Bringer

SLAM!  The door banged shut and in ran David Barrow shouting he had found a dead body!  He clutched a body-bag closely to his chest and claimed to have found his best mate Jack Spud!

David Barrow, thought hard about who he should invite to Jack’s funeral, he had decided on three of his school friends since Jack didn’t have any family.  Jack was an orphan because his mother had died giving birth to him and his father died when Jack was three.  The three school friends were going to be Ryan West, Sam Smith and Greg Baker it would be a nice quiet funeral.  It was being held on the island of St Mary in the Isle of Scilly, where Jack and his friends had gone to school and grown up, before leaving the island to lead new lives in England.  David was going to lead the funeral as vicar.

Murder on the HMS Bristol

The sky was clear and the circular form of the full moon stood out clearly, I stood enjoying the sea breeze, the wind whistling through my hair. David Thorne came rushing in.

“There has been a murder!” he gasped, for he had clearly run a great distance to inform me of the news. I followed him, not knowing what sight would greet me. We finally found the room which I noticed was room 235. When I entered I found inspector Jones standing before a bed, in it lay a woman who had clearly been asleep at the time, lying in the bed, the white sheets were clouded with splatters of blood. The body had clearly been stabbed for there was a huge gash in the skin above the windpipe; she had clearly fallen asleep and never woke up. The wound would kill her instantly.

The Missing Portrait

The manager of a History Museum was looking around to make sure everything was OK and nothing was broken or anything like that, but then, he noticed that something terrible had happened! Where there was supposed to be a really important Portrait of Henry VIII, there was smashed glass! Also, the portrait had disappeared! Who had done it? It looked like a job for the nearest Detective, David Dyson, he was a rather young Detective, and he was only 17 actually! He had very dark hair and dark blue eyes.
